Where strength meets soul: In this unique fusion of classical Pilates and somatic awareness, Maria guides you to move with intention, precision, and deep connection to your body’s wisdom. Each session is designed to:

✔️ Synchronize breath and movement to cultivate fluidity (not just flexibility).
✔️ Integrate subtle energy work—using Pilates as a gateway to release stored tension and restore vitality.

This is Pilates as practice: less about reps, more about presence. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling aligned, empowered, and deeply at home in your body.

What to Bring: a mat and a water bottle (or you can use one of ours if you don’t have your own)

Maria’s approach to fitness, movement, and wellness is deeply shaped by her own healing journey. After being diagnosed with Alpha-gal Syndrome, she learned firsthand how to navigate dietary restrictions, inflammation, and immune system challenges.
