Mother Matters [4th Mon]

A safe place for moms to take time out, get support, let down and be reminded of how much they do and how important they are. 

It is a place to talk about real matters in the mom life, married life, etc.  Your stories will be held, heard, and confidential.  

• What to bring: Come as you are. Comfortable clothes and a journal are recommended (but not required). To support our collective wellness, please refrain from wearing chemical scents. All that’s needed is your breath, your body, and your openness to return home to yourself—in the company of women who understand.
• Accessibility / a note on the space: We honor all bodies and abilities—and acknowledge our historic space may not accommodate all. If you’ll be joining in a wheelchair, require mobility assistance, or have sensory considerations, please contact us for logistics.
