Energetic & Spiritual Hygiene Workshop
July 22 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
$33.00
Presented by Rebekah Clark, Maya Powell, and Leianna Love
Come join us for an in depth discussion and learn new skills as to how to be mindful of your energy towards others and be aware of others energy toward you. Energetic and Spiritual Hygiene in your community, family and the world at large is very important and needs more platforms for discussion and education.
Rebekah plans to share some Qigong exercises that she has learned in recent years during her Medical Qigong training. It is really important to be aware of your personal energy at all times. Doing some aligning of your own energy, even before going out in public, can go a long way towards the maintenance of your personal energy. Then if you feel that something has invaded your energy body anyway, it is helpful to also have a practice that can clear it. We will have time to share a couple of Qigong practices in this workshop. I’m looking forward to being with each of you!”
Examples of energy hygiene, or the lack thereof, is when energy is transferred to others out of ill will or a sense of emptiness from someone who absorbs your energy for their benefit. Have you ever noticed when you’ve spent time with someone and left exhausted? Some people refer to this as Energy Vampirism. Maybe someone got angry with you, and instead of telling you about this, they threw negative energy your way ( not even knowing they did this), you might feel pain in your back or suffer a headache.
With these teachers and leaders you will walk away understanding much more of how we transfer energy, become more mindful of yours, learn how to clear energy that is not yours, how to be careful of your thoughts and words towards others and know how to guard yourself in public forums.
