Full Moon Fire: Alchemizing Anger, Reclaiming Voice [2nd Mon]

Anger is sacred fuel. Voice is a birthright. In this monthly circle, we honor the fire of rage and the courage of sound—because your voice lives in your jaw, your belly, your fists, not just your throat. For those who’ve been called “too much” (and are ready to own it) or “not enough” (and are done believing it).

Depending on the season, theme, and what’s showing up for folks, we may explore:

• Alchemizing Anger: Shake, stomp, or breathe rage through the body—without shutting down or burning out.
• Boundary Magic: Somatic practices to turn fury into fierce protection.
• Thawing Silence: Jaw releases, vocal toning, and embodied storytelling
• Lunar Rituals: Symbolic burning and releasing what no longer serves.

The Container: This is for you if you’ve been told to “smile more” or “calm down,” if your throat hardens when you try to speak your truth, or if you’re tired of choosing between “nice” and free. We gather to reclaim the parts of ourselves we’ve been taught to suppress—the rage that protects, the voice that liberates, the fire that transforms.

• What to bring: Come as you are. Comfortable clothes and a journal recommended (not required). Wear red if it calls to you.
• Accessibility: We honor all bodies and abilities—and acknowledge our historic space may not accommodate all. If you require mobility assistance or have sensory considerations, please contact us for logistics.
• Doors will open 15 minutes prior: Come as early as 5:45pm for tea and to settle in. Circle starts at 6pm.
