June 9 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Rest as Radical Reconnection
Forget everything you think you know about yoga. This is conscious rest that delivers the equivalent of 4 hours of sleep in 60 minutes—while rewiring your sense of belonging to the living Earth.
Yoga Nidra to relax into the web of life. Through guided sensory awareness of kinship with nature, we release muscular, mental, and emotional tension—so you can respond and adapt to this season of life (personal and planetary) from rootedness, not exhaustion.
This is for:
✔ Overthinkers who’ve forgotten how to fully unwind
✔ Activists, healers, and caregivers running on fumes
✔ Anyone who longs to feel their belonging to Earth (not just think it)
What you can expect:
In one session (no movement, no “perfect” poses), you’ll:
→ Reset your nervous system like a deep sleep + meditation combined
→ Dissolve tension stored in your body and the subconscious stories that keep you stuck
→ Experience “interbeing”—not as a concept, but as a felt sense
This isn’t an escape from the world—it’s a homecoming to your place in it.
What to bring: A yoga mat, pillow, blankie if you have them
Accessibility: Open to all bodies and fitness levels. Zero flexibility required.
