DESCRIPTION:This isn’t your grandmother’s women’s circle (unless your grandmother was a badass who knew that aging is an act of rebellion). Here\, we honor the profound transition into and experience that is cronehood—where you finally get to be your own author. \nWhat We Explore Together: \n\nEmbodied Stories & Release: Moving the stories our body carries—from cultural conditioning about aging to decades of putting others first\nPleasure Reclamation: Our sexuality\, sensuality\, and right to take up space\nSomatic Wisdom Practices: Shaking off the “shoulds” that no longer serve us\nIntergenerational Healing: The medicine we’ve gathered through decades of living—and passing it forward without bypassing our own needs\n\nThe Container: We gather in radical acceptance of where we are—whether that’s navigating an empty nest\, caring for aging parents\, rediscovering who you are post-career\, or simply tired of being invisible in a youth-obsessed culture. This is space to get real about the fullness of this life stage: the grief\, the freedom\, the rage\, the unexpected joy. \n\nWhat to bring: Come as you are. Comfortable clothes and a journal recommended (not required). Wear red if it calls to you.\nAccessibility: We honor all bodies and abilities—and acknowledge our historic space may not accommodate all. If you require mobility assistance or have sensory considerations\, please contact us for logistics.\nDoors will open 15 minutes prior: Come as early as 5:45pm for tea and to settle in.
