Why Join a Class?

  • Explore embodiment in a sacred space where all of you is welcome.
  • Expand our Layers of Support, keeping local practitioners well supported so they can continue to hold space for others.
  • Reciprocity in action: Our community pricing creates a pay-it-forward pool, ensuring instructors don’t have to carry the financial burden of serving those in need. Let’s keep healing and growth a choice, not a privilege.
